If I could choose a daily driver: Maserati 3200 GT. It's damned beautiful. I've never driven one, but there aren't many of them around, and I like to be recognized on the car alone

If my lottery ticket came out: Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione, Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale, AC Cobra, Mercedes Cabriolet compressor 6-litre V8-something

The best drive: Alfa Romeo 33 16V QV, my own! I have driven faster cars, but this one has definetely given me my best drive!

All-time classic: Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale or AC cobra

Place(s) I would like to drive: Race tracks in general, anything has my interest. But if I have to mention a few, it would be the Budapest F1 circuit or Spa Francorchamps

Best car experience: Zandvoort and Nürburgring 2003-tour with ITR. Super trip with super guys

Right now I am looking forward to: Driving Ring Knutstorp in Sweden!

The best GPL-track: The Zandvoort circuit

GPL is cool because: I meet and drive with the guys

The best race driver ever: Michael Schumacher, he is complete. He promotes his sport on and off the track, he knows about the applied technologies and lifts the whole team to a higher level. And he still drives well when he has an off-day

We were there from the start

The 1970 season saw some very exciting duelling between Porsche and the factory-entered Tipo 33 cars from Milano. But Scuderia ITR entered Gert Sterner in the very fast Alfa Romeo 33 16V.

Sterner ran extremely fast and managed to catch and overtake two of the Porsche 908s but crashed the grey car when some pretty girls waved at him.

Another race lost. But then again - almost won as well ...
We were there from the start

For 1953 Scuderia Into The Red entered Gert Sterner for the 24 heures du Mans in the black Alfa Romeo 145Q.

The race was dominated by the Jaguar D-types, but the 2-litre class was an epic battle between ITR and the factory cars from Zuffenhausen.

Sterner ran out of oil while pressing hard down the Mulsanne in the early morning hours, and had to walk back to the pits.

Another race lost. But then again - almost won as well ...
