Claus Larsen emerges from misty Sturup as cup-leader

Race report

After a summer of racing in the dry and enjoying a hot summer, the Club Race grid arrived at Sturup Raceway for an extremely wet weekend.

ITR star-driver Claus Larsen was a bit concerned, because he had no rain tyres, while the competition boasted a set of all-new and perfect wet-track rubber.

But nevertheless the orange Alfa Romeo managed to end P2 and P3 in the two races.
Remember to tighten the wheel nuts, Claus. Semi-slicks sufficed for a spendid result despite less-than-perfect performance.
